Please Note: We are currently experiencing occasional errors with the automated shipping cost calculations with both UPS and Fedex on some orders.  The shipping charges may not be accurate.  Our shipping department will double check the rates and you will either automatically be credited with a refund of any overcharge, or you will be advised that an additional charge is necessary to cover the shipping cost.  At the moment this appears to only be the case with air shipments.  We are working with both carriers at this time to resolve the issue.

Credit cards are processed through STRIPE for your security. No details are stored by us.


Paypal

We use PayPal to process on-line orders as it offers banking-level security and we never see your financial details.

Purchase Order

Issue a Purchase Order by fax or email. For Purchase Orders being paid with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express, you may include the complte card number, expiry date, csv on the PO.


Credit Applications

Customers wishing to establish credit terms can do so by completing the form and returning it to us by email or fax.

If you have a standard trade reference contact sheet with company information, then just sign the applciation form and send it along with your standard sheet.
