Welcome! Thank You for visiting our site - we appreciate your business.  Orders completed by 2PM are usually shipped same day. Fabricated items such as Firesleeve with closures may take a few days to complete.  Shipments originate from NY (13669) and we have daily UPS, Fedex and USPS service.

Please Note: Our shipping department checks all orders; if we notice an error in the rate calculation in the shipping charge you will be credited for any overcharge. Automatic shipping calculations are accurate for firesleeve lengths of 25, 50 and 100 feet - for any other random length the calculation will be high as its using the 1 foot length weight/dimension as a baseline. We will verify the shipping charge and adjust it if it's incorrect.

We have noticed an error when trying to use the checkout button on smartphones in portrait mode - it sometimes won't let you... But if you flip your phone horizontal it will.... (we are working on it). Issue not present for desktop users.
